Local Meditation Resources

There are several local groups waiting to help you start your journey toward stillness. These groups will introduce you to the practice of meditation and even hold group meditations, which are a powerful experience. An additional benefit of attending these meditation sessions is meeting vibrant, compassionate, caring, and like-minded people. All of these are in the Rio Grande Valley and most are free to attend (those that aren’t are indicated below).
