March 7: Conflict Resolution Workshop

The format, length, and price have changed for the Conflict Resolution Workshop on Saturday, March 7.

Sunaina and Matt will now host the workshop from 12-3pm through video conferencing instead of in person. Attendees can participate by coming to the Infinite Love Center or by attending remotely from their home using this link. 🙂

There is now NO cost to attend and no suggested donation. If you have already purchased a ticket, please contact us or see us in person to receive a refund.

Would you like to learn how to resolve conflicts and create more understanding and connection in your relationships?

Join hosts Sunaina and Matt Marquez for a special workshop on Saturday, March 7 that will transform how you approach conflicts and empower you to create deeper relationships with the people in your life.

Drawing from principles of Nonviolent Communication (NVC), mindfulness, and compassion, Sunaina and Matt will share powerful techniques on how to use conflict as an opportunity to better understand and connect with our romantic partners, family, and friends — and ourselves.

The workshop will feature demonstrations and role-plays, and attendees will get hands-on practice with exercises designed to deepen our understanding of ourselves and others so that we can ask for what we truly need in our relationships with compassion and patience.

Sunaina and Matt are the hosts of The Happy Wanderers, a podcast about their real-world experiences using mindfulness and Nonviolent Communication to lead more compassionate and joyful lives. They also lead weekly NVC workshops with inmates at Donovan Correctional Facility. Sunaina was born in McAllen, TX and is a professor at San Diego State University where she incorporates resilience and compassion exercises in her classes. Matt is a photographer in downtown San Diego.

This workshop is sponsored by Infinite Love and there is no cost to attend (love donations will be accepted).
